Middle 104pcd 90ID standard
Middleburn Middle chainrings are available in a range of sizes.
Standard means the chainring has no ramps or pins.
The sizes available are 32T, 34T and 36T

34T = CR9034 (BK) (SI) (HC)
36T = CR9036 (BK) (SI) (HC)

The 4mm is the thickness of the chainring. Traditionally 4-ARM cranksets have used the same offset on the outer ring and this is the most commonly used, later Shimano cranks use 5mm.
Slickshift means the chainring has ramps and pins to aid shifting.
