Cranks
Middleburn cranks were first developed in 1991, since that time the crank has undergone many refinements; the latest incarnations, the RS-7 and RS-8 are the result of advanced 3D and stress modelling techniques and ensure that they are not only amongst the stiffest but also the lightest and strongest available. Our on-site manufacture allows us to constantly examine and test each and every crank throughout its creation – a quality control that is second to none!!
Both cranks are drop forged from high quality 7075 T6 aluminium, our CNC machining process then finely sculptures each crank arm into the unmistakable middleburn shape.
